My husband and I just had Michael and Nick soft wash our home and we were both blown away by our entire experience with these two exceptional entrepreneurs. Nick came to our home to meet my husband and thoroughly explain the process he would be going through to make our home sparkle. We are new to Minnesota and the world of power washing is new to us. Nick was quick to explain that he and Michael use a superior product and technique, known as soft washing. My husband felt confident that our house would be in the best of hands, and we both felt exceedingly comfortable with the safety of the products they were using (which is of utmost importance to us with two little ones at home). Throughout the entire day of our soft washing appointment, both Michael and Nick were meticulous. From top to bottom they made our home shine! They tackled the exterior of our house, including our deck and attached children's slide, our fire pit, our porch and even our mailbox. Every nook and cranny was spotless. Even when it started to drizzle a little they didn't flinch and kept right on with their careful work. Our son was delighted to see their large and powerful (yet gentle on the paint!) hoses and tools in action. Both Nick and Michael were kind, efficient, professional, and attentive to each and every detail. We truly felt that they went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. As if we couldn't already be happier, they popped back over to our home a week after the initial cleaning to deliver to us a brand new American flag. We are excited to display it for national holidays and appreciate their kind gesture.
